Miles Overview
The 2009 Ram 1500 is Dodge's full-size pickup, the one you'd cross-shop against the F-150 and Silverado. It rides like a proper truck, with a sturdy feel and a strong frame that shrugs off rough roads. Inside, the cabin is straightforward and functional, with plenty of room for three adults and easy-to-use controls. You get a choice of regular, quad, or crew cab, and the bed is sized to handle real work. That 4.7L V8 makes 310 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque, routed through a five-speed automatic that shifts smoothly under load, and the four-wheel drive gives you traction in mud or snow.
