Miles Overview
The 2020 Ram 1500 is a full-size pickup that blends work-truck capability with a genuinely upscale interior, a combination rare in this class. It squares off against the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, and GMC Sierra 1500, but its cabin quality gives it an edge. The ride is impressively smooth for a truck, and the steering feels direct, making the big Ram easy to place on the road. The cabin is the class benchmark, with available leather, a large touchscreen, and a spacious rear seat in crew cab models. The Limited is the top luxury trim, with leather, a 12-inch screen, and air suspension that the Laramie doesn't offer. Its 3.0L V6 makes 395 horsepower and pairs with an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, good for 24 mpg combined. The standard air suspension gives a smooth, controlled ride, and the 20-inch wheels look the part without ruining it.
