Miles Overview
The 2013 Ram 1500 is the brand's half-ton pickup, the one you cross-shop with the F-150 and Silverado 1500. It rides smoother than most trucks of its era, thanks to the coil-spring rear suspension that's rare in this class. The cabin is roomy and well-built, with available features like heated seats and a touchscreen infotainment system. You get a choice of cab and bed configurations, so you can match it to your hauling and passenger needs. Stepping up to the Sport from the SLT or Big Horn brings the 5.7L V8 and a more aggressive look, with body-color trim and unique wheels. The Sport's suspension is tuned a bit firmer than the standard Ram's, which helps handling when you're not loaded down.
