Miles Overview
The 2012 Ram 1500 is the brand's full-size pickup, competing with the F-150 and Silverado in the half-ton segment. It rides on a coil-spring rear suspension, which gives it a smoother, more car-like ride than most rivals. The cabin is roomy and well-built, with available leather and wood trim on higher trims, and the crew cab offers generous rear legroom. With a choice of bed lengths and cab styles, you can set it up for work or family duty. The Laramie is the luxury pick of the 2012 Ram 1500 lineup, with leather and wood trim inside; if you want a sportier look, the Sport trim swaps in cloth seats and body-color bumpers.
