Miles Overview
The 2020 Durango is a three-row family SUV that brings Dodge's performance character to the segment. It competes with the Ford Explorer, Chevrolet Traverse, and Toyota Highlander, but offers more muscle than any of them. The Durango drives with a solid, planted feel, and the V8 models deliver serious straight-line punch. Inside, there's room for up to seven across three rows, and the cargo area expands nicely with the rear seats folded. It packs the 5.7L V8 with 360 horsepower and all-wheel drive, which gives it strong acceleration for a three-row SUV but returns 17 mpg combined. Expect a firmer suspension tune and heavy-duty brakes compared to the standard Durango, tuned for high-speed pursuit rather than a plush ride.
