Miles Overview
The 2016 Grand Cherokee is a midsize SUV that blends Jeep's off-road heritage with a refined, upscale cabin. It competes with the Ford Explorer, Toyota 4Runner, and Chevrolet Tahoe, offering a more premium feel than most. On pavement it feels composed and quiet, while its available four-wheel-drive systems make it genuinely capable off-road. The cabin is roomy and well-built, with upscale materials in higher trims and generous cargo space for gear. That V8 pairs with the eight-speed automatic and standard four-wheel drive, and you'll see 15 mpg combined at the pump. The active damping suspension and Selec-Track system let you firm things up for a track day or soften the ride for the daily commute.
