Miles Overview
The 2016 Grand Cherokee is a midsize SUV that blends Jeep's off-road heritage with a refined, upscale cabin. It competes with the Ford Explorer, Toyota 4Runner, and Chevrolet Tahoe, offering a more premium feel than most. On pavement it feels composed and quiet, while its available four-wheel-drive systems make it genuinely capable off-road. The cabin is roomy and well-built, with upscale materials in higher trims and generous cargo space for gear. The Overland sits between the Limited and Summit, adding leather upholstery, a power liftgate, and heated seats that the Limited lacks. Its 3.6L I6 pairs with an {automatic transmission} and {four-wheel drive}, giving you smooth power on the highway and real traction off it. Only the Overland offers the Quadra-Lift air suspension as an option, letting you raise the ride height for trails or lower it for easier entry.
