Miles Overview
The 2012 Grand Cherokee is Jeep's midsize SUV, the one that trades some of the Wrangler's hardcore focus for a more comfortable on-road feel. It drives with a solid, planted feel, and the available V8s give it real punch when you need to merge or pass. The ride is composed and quiet on the highway, though the SRT8's stiffer suspension is noticeably firmer. You get a roomy cabin with comfortable seating for five, and the cargo area is generous for luggage or gear. The Overland adds leather upholstery, heated seats, and a premium sound system over the Limited, with a more upscale look inside. You can add the Quadra-Lift air suspension, which gives you adjustable ride height for off-road clearance or a lower stance for highway cruising.
