Miles Overview
The 2015 Grand Cherokee is a midsize SUV that blends upscale comfort with genuine off-road capability, slotting above the Cherokee in Jeep's lineup. It competes with the Ford Explorer, Toyota 4Runner, and Chevrolet Traverse, offering a more premium interior than most rivals. The Grand Cherokee drives with a composed, refined feel on pavement, while its available four-wheel-drive systems provide serious trail capability. Inside, the cabin is quiet and well-appointed, with available leather, wood trim, and a large touchscreen, plus generous cargo space. Reliability is a mixed bag, with some owners enjoying trouble-free miles while others report transmission and electrical issues. The Limited is the value play in the Grand Cherokee lineup, giving up the Overland's air suspension and leather but keeping the same refined interior and capable chassis for thousands less. It uses a 3.0L I6 paired with an eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, which returns 25 mpg combined and makes it the most efficient Grand Cherokee you can buy.
