Miles Overview
The Durango is Dodge's three-row SUV, sized between the compact and full-size classes, and it competes with the Ford Explorer and Toyota Highlander. It drives with a solid, truck-like feel that some owners enjoy for its confidence, though it's not as car-like as some rivals. The cabin is roomy and comfortable, with three rows that seat seven, and the third row folds down to open up a large cargo area. Reliability is generally good, but a few owners have reported transmission issues and occasional electronic glitches. The Citadel is the Durango's luxury-oriented trim, adding leather upholstery, heated front seats, and a premium sound system over the Limited. This one has the 3.6L V6 with 290 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, paired to a eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, good for 19 mpg combined. Only the Citadel offers available Nappa leather seats and a heated steering wheel, giving it a near-premium feel inside.
