Miles Overview
The 2016 Durango is Dodge's three-row SUV, a family hauler with a sporty edge that also tows well. It handles more like a car than a truck, with responsive steering and a smooth, stable ride. The cabin is roomy and comfortable, with seating for up to seven and a third row that folds for extra cargo space. Owners generally report solid reliability, though a few mention transmission issues and pricey replacement parts. Stepping up from the base SXT to the Limited adds leather seats and a larger infotainment screen, but the SXT keeps the price reasonable and still has the same V6. Its 3.6L V6 makes 293 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic, sending power to the rear wheels and returning 22 mpg combined.
