Miles Overview
The 2014 Dodge Avenger is a mid-size sedan that competes with the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord. It's a comfortable highway cruiser, though the ride can feel a bit harsh over rough pavement. The cabin is roomy with a large trunk, and the seats are supportive for long trips. Some owners mention minor electrical quirks, like a clock that runs slow or a dome light that acts up. The SE comes with steel wheels and cloth seats, the honest trade for saving versus the SXT's alloy wheels and upgraded trim. Its 2.4L I4 makes 173 horsepower routed through a four-speed automatic to the front wheels, and returns 24 mpg combined.
