Miles Overview
This is Dodge's heavy-duty pickup, the one you bought when you needed to haul a fifth-wheel or tow a construction trailer every day. The steering is vague and the turning circle is wide, but the chassis feels planted with a heavy load in the bed. The Cummins diesel and the Magnum V8s are known to run for hundreds of thousands of miles if the oil gets changed regularly. This is the three-quarter-ton Ram, the pickup you grab when a half-ton won't do and a one-ton feels like overkill. The 5.9L I6 diesel and automatic transmission make a slow but unstoppable team for pulling a loaded trailer day after day.
