Miles Overview
The Ram 2500 is Dodge's heavy-duty pickup, the one you step up to when a half-ton just isn't enough. It drives with the authority you expect from a three-quarter-ton truck, feeling planted and confident even when loaded. The cabin is straightforward and roomy, with a bench seat that fits three across and controls that are easy to use. You get a real workhorse here, with a bed that swallows cargo and a chassis built to tow and haul day after day. Stepping up to the SLT gets you cloth upholstery, a nicer stereo, and power windows and locks over the base work truck. The 5.9L V6 and four-wheel drive give this Ram steady low-end grunt for pulling trailers through mud or snow, though fuel economy suffers.
