Miles Overview
The TLX is Acura's midsize sedan, the one you cross-shop with the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. It handles with more composure than you'd expect from a mainstream luxury sedan, though the transmission can feel hesitant in manual mode. The cabin stays quiet at highway speeds and the interior feels upscale, but rear legroom is tight for a car this size. Reliability is a strong point, with owners reporting few issues beyond the occasional factory fit-and-finish quirk. The base V6 skips the Technology Package's extra kit but keeps the same 290 horsepower and adds all-wheel drive for better traction. With 290 horsepower and all-wheel drive, this TLX pulls strongly from a stop and feels planted in corners, though the nine-speed automatic can hunt for gears in normal driving.
