Miles Overview
The TLX is Acura's mid-size sedan, the one that fits between the compact ILX and the larger RLX. It's a composed, comfortable cruiser that handles well, though the transmission can be hesitant when you shift manually. The cabin stays quiet at highway speeds, and the front seats are comfortable, but rear legroom is a bit tight for taller adults. Standard tech includes a multi-view rear camera and driver assistance aids like blind spot monitoring and lane departure warning. Stepping up to the Advance gets you the V6, leather, ventilated front seats, and a surround-view camera that the Technology trims leave out. Its 3.5L V6 makes 290 horsepower, sends drive to the front wheels through a nine-speed automatic, and returns 24 mpg combined.
