Miles Overview
The 2007 TL is Acura's sporty mid-size sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 3 Series and Lexus IS. The TL's engine and transmission work together beautifully, giving you about as close to a sports car feel as you'll get in a sedan. The ride is firm but supple, and the handling is tight, though you'll notice the firmness on rough roads. The cabin is roomy enough for four large adults, and the Type S adds a two-tone interior and quad exhaust for a sportier look. The five-speed automatic and front-wheel drive deliver smooth, responsive power, and you'll see 21 mpg combined in mixed driving.
