Miles Overview
The ILX is Acura's entry-level sedan, a compact that competes with the Audi A3 and Mercedes CLA. It's a sharp little handler with precise steering and strong brakes, and the ride is firm but composed. The front seats are comfortable and supportive, but rear legroom is tight and the trunk is on the small side. Reliability is a strong point, though some owners report occasional starting issues and higher repair costs. The A-Spec sits above the Plus with sharper styling and a sportier suspension tune, but you give up some ride comfort for that extra edge. Under the hood is the 2.4L I4 making 201 horsepower, paired with an eight-speed automatic that shifts quickly and keeps the engine on boil.
