Miles Overview
The ILX is Acura's entry-level sedan, a compact that competes with the Audi A3 and Mercedes-Benz CLA. It's a front-drive sedan with a naturally aspirated engine that's eager to rev, and the steering is precise and well-weighted. The ride is on the firm side, and you'll feel the road through the low-profile tires, but it's not harsh. The cabin uses quality materials that hold up well, though the back seat is tight and headroom is limited for taller passengers. Leather seating and the larger infotainment screen set the Premium Package apart from the base ILX, while you skip the A-Spec's sporty exterior trim. Its 2.4L I4 makes 201 horsepower and pulls smoothly through the eight-speed automatic, returning 28 mpg combined on regular fuel.
